Buti Yoga is a dynamic fitness practice that blends tribal dance, plyometrics, and yoga asanas, with a strong emphasis on core engagement and energetic movements. It incorporates high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and somatic movement principals to create a unique and powerful workout experience.
Classes begin with a dynamic warm-up that includes movements to prepare the body for the more intense sequences.
Classes conclude with a cool down and stretching to promote recovery.
Buti Yoga encourages participants to embrace their bodies and celebrate their individual movements. Many participants find that this practice boosts their energy levels and improves their mood.
