Classic 26 – 60 min:

The classic 26 postures delivered in a 60 minute format and is a moderate-intensity yoga class that consists of 26 yoga postures.

These postures are based on a classic sequence from the Bishnu Ghosh tradition. The class is designed to: strengthen and tone your body, sharpen your focus, and leave you feeling rejuvenated.

Classic 26 – 90 min:

Hot Classic is based on the original Classic 26 Hot Yoga Postures as practiced by Bikram Yoga.  Without the scripted dialogue, this series of 26 postures (done twice) is practiced to maintain health and youth through stimulating the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.

These postures require concentration, patience, determination, and self control, creating balance within the mind and body and increasing the flow of energy and leading to mental clarity.

This 90-minute open eyed meditation with movement is considered a beginner’s level class.

Arrive hydrated and prepared to be moving slowly in a 105 degree room with 40% humidity.

Hi, I’m Robert!

Yoga sort of fell into my life… at the time I was ready to listen! Over the years, many friends had suggested yoga as a way to de-stress, become more physically fit and find some peace in life - but at the time I was too pre-occupied to stop long enough to give it a chance. In 2013 I actually needed something to focus on - and yoga surfaced to help provide that! I received my 200 hour training in Aug. - Sept. 2013 from Jimmy Barkan. It was the most rewarding experience of my life.
