Our Hot Yoga class will tone, strengthen and purify your body. The dynamic mix of sweat and surrender will challenge you to your edge and encourage you to reach your true potential.
Each movement is connected with the breath in a vigorous Vinyasa style, and the class is set to upbeat, energetic music.
Modifications are offered for less intense and more advanced pose options.
Some knowledge of basic yoga poses is strongly recommended.
