Warm Yoga with Cindy

90 min · Tues & Thurs 7:30 – 9:00 PM

An all-levels flow focusing on our breath, our bodies, our energies and their connections. We will move through a variety of poses including somatic and gentle flowing movements. Moving our bodies in sync with our breath, learning ways to evoke strength from our practice, and tapping into our subtle energies inspiring us.  

This practice increases balance, supports fascia and connective tissue strengthening, diaphragmatic breathing, and vagal nerve toning.  Includes lymphatic stimulation and draining, energy balancing, and mind-body-breath work bringing an experience of calm and restoration for the mind and body.  

Enhanced by sound (Hz and singing bowls) and aroma therapy to further reduce stress and promote relaxation. Improving mood, digestion, heart rate, blood pressure, increased cognitive function and immune response and reduced inflammation.

Hi, I’m Cindy!

Yoga has been a constant in my life for over 40 years.

My breath-based teaching style was originally designed for my personal journey to health and balance while recovering from breast cancer. The calming therapeutic benefits of linking purposeful breathing techniques with gentle flowing motion was very instrumental in relieving stress, tension, stiffness, and pain while allowing me to regain full range of motion.  I am extremely passionate about this mission and I love teaching the art of pranayama!
