Hi, I’m Ana!

Ana was inspired to get her Balanced Body Pilates Mat Certification because of Atvara! She has been taking hot yoga classes at the studio since 2022. She is a big believer that movement is medicine! Whatever that movement may be, she encourages you to move your body on a daily basis. Your mind and body will thank you.

Hi, I’m Adrienne!

I am a 200h RYT with a love for all things that involve movement, nature, and animals. I love reading, gardening, learning, and all things health and wellness.

As a yoga teacher, personal trainer, and group exercise instructor, I help people learn to enjoy movement or reconnect with the joy of movement. I believe we can learn to find joy in almost any situation if we try.

When we struggle together during asanas in the hot room, listen to your body first and me second. 

As humans, we may or may not have a lot of things in common, but as souls our struggle is our common thread. Be here now.
