Warm Yoga with Carol Ann
60 min · Monday 7:30 – 8:30 PM
This warm, seated class focuses on increasing flexibility by gently stretching the fascia, or layer of connective tissue surrounding all the joints, muscles and organs of the body. Poses are held for 2 - 5 minutes each.
This practice emphasizes stillness, surrender, and compassion for yourself and others. In addition to increasing your flexibility, this class helps to release long-held tension in the body, and cultivates body and mind awareness to prepare for deeper experiences in meditation.
Incorporates singing bowls and aroma therapy.

Hi, I’m Carol Ann!
Carol Ann is an artist, teacher, reiki master energy worker, and bodywork practitioner dedicated to helping others reconnect mind, body & spirit. Through her own journey, yoga became a powerful tool for managing stress, cultivating self-worth, and returning home to her authentic center.
Guided by a deep passion for service, Carol Ann creates a supportive space weaving together yoga, mindful movement, and intuitive healing practices to help students find greater balance and peace.
Her intention is to bring light, love, and healing to those she serves, and overall well-being of the collective.
