An all levels gentle class weaving together mindful movement, breath, and longer holds to encourage flexibility, release tension from the body and relax the mind.

Hi, I’m Adrienne!
I am a 200h RYT with a love for all things that involve movement, nature, and animals. I love reading, gardening, learning, and all things health and wellness.
As a yoga teacher, personal trainer, and group exercise instructor, I help people learn to enjoy movement or reconnect with the joy of movement. I believe we can learn to find joy in almost any situation if we try.
When we struggle together during asanas in the hot room, listen to your body first and me second.
As humans, we may or may not have a lot of things in common, but as souls our struggle is our common thread. Be here now.
