Yoga Sculpt incorporates postures from yoga flow routines joined with optional hand weights for an added challenge to traditional yoga classes. 

You can expect to build strength, endurance, and muscle tone while also improving flexibility and balance. 

With added hand weights and high intensity cardio bursts you will receive a maximum calorie-burning effect.
